Enjoy and experience each moment, I have found in the past that if I want to change things in my life for the better, then, I must first change me. It works, not only that but it has a positive effect on those close to me, this in turn radiates to others.I measure a year from one calendar date to another date, reflecting on the experiences I have learnt.
